Nice job working with what you got. I'm not sure if you are looking to keep this thing as factory finish as possible or not but that little stained speaker grille fabric piece could always be rewrapped.
Also there are some pretty sweet looking door panels from LRB Speed that are flat aluminum door cards that use the original door handle but relocates switches and gives you a pull strap to shut the door. They are pretty expensive at a couple hundo for the pair but my poor 94 sc400 driver door panel is so clapped back there is no salvaging what the monster before me has done to it so it's honestly a cheaper option (for me) than sourcing a decent sc door panel.
