Well one Thing for Sure is First thing First Take up Martial Arts and prepare Your self for Danger Learn Every Techniques there is From punches block, Front kick sidekick,Roundhouse Kicks,and Even Flying Jump kicks but when punches your opponent you gonna have to step and with Full force you're going to punch with using Every Strength Of power that you have and Follow thru with a step side kick Full Body Blow and make sure that you contact your Opponents with full body impact to make them feel a lot of acient Pain Of The Dragon

Anyway, we had two students going full contact - kind of a no holds barred thing - for the first time and they weren’t really doing it; head instructor was getting pissed. I told him that I had this soundtrack and that on this soundtrack there were a few songs that you couldn’t stand still to. At first a little reluctant, he eventually allowed me to play it. Those two students beat the shit out of each other.
