Rice, spinach, beans, onions, peppers, cucumber, melons, bamboo and hopefully a few fruit and nut trees like cherry, apple, almond, etc. These are my demands. Get to it devs. Haha
Peanuts? Might be something new and different. I was looking up global crops and also saw cassava, oil palm, onions, bananas, rapeseed, sweet potatoes. How cool would it be if they added tea?! Very excited to find out.
Oh and nuts. Tons of possibilities if they added in nuts. Lots of new tree types and harvesting techniques, and then also lumber. Almonds, pecans, walnut, etc. Fruit trees as well. Crazy what the game could evolve into yet still.
I did a search for spinach harvesting equipment and came up with MB Harvester (which makes pull behind so strong possibility as a new brand), and they list the following as crops their harvester does: "greens such as spinach, parsley, kale, mustard greens, collard greens and turnip greens." Since those work on the same equipment I'm guessing at least one of those is a new crop.
Last two from the bottom appear to be Grass & Oilseed Radish. If you RMB->Open image in new tab Collectors edition picture on webpage, you can get slightly better resolution. Sow/harvest calendar for these two crops also matches FS22.
Predictions: greenhouse cucumbers, sweet peppers and hot peppers. Alfalpha, peas, rye, flax, red and green cabbage. I hope giants takes some inspiration from modded maps like Edgewater 😊
i think field grass is one of the new crops as you look at the screen shot of the cows you see in the back ground a different kind of grass on the other side of the fence
When it comes to crops, we could add more vegetables and also fruit but I’d also like the addition of Chickpeas (legume) and Lupins edit: I’m not sure if we have coffee but cocoa beans could be another good crop obviously cocoa is something grown on trees but still
ive been praying for a grass seed farm in fs25. being from linn county oregon, its basically our bread n butter for farming. we got hazelnut orchards also but like 90% grass seed
Speculating new crop peas But a really cool new production chain would be a distillery No not wine or beer I’m talking about (Mint) Mint. Is steamed in a distilled water which realistically releases its juice
I like your idea of cabbage, given the new Asian theme with the rice implementation, Pak Choi would be a smart guess, for your theory with the game location out seems fitting
I'm guessing you're right about most of them. Thankfully, if there is not a crop in there that we want, they could either add it in the season pass or modders could add it to their maps.
Hello, because we have an Asian map, I believe crops for that area. When googled this is the main crops that came up Rice, Corn, Cassava & Pulses or Legumes
Given that spinach has been confirmed, I would bet that another leafy green type of vegetable is likely. So whether that is cabbage, lettuce, or kale idk, but I would guess one of those. Also rye for the final one makes a lot of sense as its probably the one that should be in the game at this point. Kinda seems weird that its not honestly.
I hope we can go inside our farmhouse, and not just the kitchen but all the rooms and have to go to the bedroom and go to bed to sleep! And don't change the User Interface like Truck Simulator just did!
It could be coffee beans, because I have the picture in better quality and one crop has two words so they can be coffee beans. One screenshot has picture of a café so maybe...
Id like to see asparagus, pumpkings and melons, id also like to see fruit trees, oranges, apples and lemons, we could have that crazy machine that wraps around the tree and shakes the fruit off that would be fun and make the trees that are around the farm more intresting
The bottom two crops are definitely rice, just look at the planting/harvesting schedule. I don't think its cabbage as I come from Lincolnshire where we grow most of the UK's brassica crops and to grow cabbage you have grow seedlings in a greenhouse and then transplant them outside. You would need a lot of equipment not in FS. I think peas area good bet and green beans as the only equipment you need not in FS are harvesters. Ploeger make a pea harvester and they also make a self propelled and trailed green bean harvester. Also Ploeger make a self propelled spinach harvester. Those crops are equally grown across all the FS region. I know peas are heavily grown in Lincolnshire, UK. they are also grown in US, Australia/New Zealand, Netherlands etc while green beans are grown on continental Europe and US. ***** sorry mean Oxbo not Ploeger forgot they changed name ****
I am going to say the field grass might not be the case. I think it would be more likely that the one thought to be field grass is probably green onions. The basis for that is the planting and harvesting schedue of that crop.
What would the red above the carrots be, I was wondering? I think we have both cabbage and lettuce at Valley View in FS19 btw (and much more). I've tried counting the rows and when doing that, I would get to 25 crops. But I could be wrong of course.
With the ability to flood the fields for rice I could see cranberries coming, also in the trailer at the end when they said “is this rice missing something” then looked at the chicken I wonder if that means we are getting chickens we can sell for the meat and not just eggs
Meat/Butchering is not coming (GIANTS has confirmed this) and if you listen at the end of the trailer they say the chicken is too cute to eat and so maybe they will use spinach instead
I counted 25 crops from that blurry pic. Fs22 has 17 crops + 3 from premium pack + 3 announced crops from fs25. Thats 23 crops so there should be still 2 crops unannounced.
No more crops will be announced soon, GIANTS has confirmed more crops than just rice and spinach are coming but have not said what other new crops therewill be yet
If youy are on PC, collectors edition is a pretty sweet deal but does not include seasons pass, if you are on console definitley get the bundle with the game and seasons pass
@@FarmerCop i didn't know that. But i just googled apples being harvested by machines and there is a new robot out there that is harvesting apples. So maybe in a future version of FS, we can have orchards?

Do you know if carrot will be in it? Like default I mean not a insane amount of information seems to be available so I'm asking around lol
I would love to have green peas in the game. I find the big pea harvesters / viners to be some of the coolest looking farming equipment

We already have rapeseed
@@Jonokramer07No we don't. We have oilseed radish, its not the same plant.
@@legoholic canola is rapeseed I think it’s the fact they can’t use the word “rape”
We do already have rapeseed, rapeseed is commonly called canola in the USA

where you say it could be cabbage i think maybe it could be that or maybe cauliflower? will be interesting to see for sure when the game comes out
Hoping to see more for orchards and trees... Bigger Maps are a must
Rice straw will still be green when the grain is ready to harvest.
I hope they do so we can use barley for something like brewing beers xD

I think the one unkown Crop is kale, because at the picture it is not very wide and it is high kale is this also and is also dark green
This would be a fun crop for in the game
I just want pivot irrigation, it’s like 70% of farming in the Midwest
70? I doubt it. It's probably 25 to 45%
Lot of circles on those satellite maps, but yes 70% was an exaggeration for affect
A bit off subject, but is there any talk of crop duster planes or helicopters?
No there hasnt been and i doubt there will be

@@jeremysandbothe1419 im aware. Chircken is very common to eat in or with rice as well. There are many ways to cook rice.
How can you update on the Xbox series x for pre order fs25
For the Asian map, Beansprouts in greenhouses?
I hope the UI is the same in FS25 as it was in FS22, I really liked the UI menus in FS22 and I hope it stays the same
If they add everything from fs22 we would be sitting at 19 crops so them adding new crops mentions of course it would be over 20 but we can only hope
Spinach will end up being just like the new root crops. Need 2 people to harvest
I would love to see cherry trees and peach trees in it
lavender would be nice
i think probably cauliflower and peas (at least i hope)

They need to add triticale and rye because they are cereals.
Rice should be good to a good one for it has like 40K variants. yes I have it * Baby food production * Well maybe not .lol

I wanna see peanuts as new crop and crop rotation for base game
Maybe alfalfa

Is it broccoli and cauliflower?
Why not Watermelon? Why not Pumpkins? I would love to see that and Green Beans

This game cost $50 for sure alfalfa is included.
Alfalfa has never been in the base game before so it may not be in this one either
4th from the bottom, the crop has a 5 letter name..looks like it says onion.
Alfalfa?
I would love green peas in the game
Are they ever going to add crops like apples and oranges, for example?
I think that it will be the next thing, that is much harder because most of the fruit is harvested by hand.
They try to focus on crops that can be done entirely be equipment
