Yup, still all goes down to player's and listener's taste. Some people like the sound of pure piezo, some don't. As for me, I like the sound of the one with Shure SM mic. Sounds so natural, you can hear the guitar's natural clicks and squeaks, plus the mids of the top wood. 😊
But yeah I agree, the direct piezo still sound good as you can hear on the second cut, IR off, EQ On. 😁

panong sabog ang tunog sir? ano po ba gitara gamit mo? saka stock IRs po ba or nagdownload din po kayo?
Things to check: Volume at battery ng gitara, Distance na naka-set sa Cube Baby (kung nagload po kayo ng IR), volume at gain sa speaker/headphone/interface
