Awe thank you so much 😊 I will make another Gymnocalycium collection tour video again in april while they’re all shrivelled or just maybe in june when they’re all in flower. But I did made that kind of videos last season. Just this year I will make it better and shorter hopefully. they arent rare at all, depleted in habitat, and prolific in culturvation, if you can literally source them almost every country and easily it can hardly be described as rare

Just ordered some gymnos i seen in this video but there are so many to pick from so i had to stop at 6 plus 2 extra but every time i buy cacti online i get distracted by other cacti mostly astrophytums but i realy love the gymnos have the short naked flowers and fruits so i been wanting more for a year but i can only find "moon" grafted cacti in the shops so i havs to go online and pay for shipping so i allways get 10 or more to "save" on the shipping cost ;-)
Oh that’s great, enjoy your gymnos. Same here, when I order online I have to buy more to save shipping fee. Then I’ll see other cactus that I want as well haha. Astrophytum is really nice too. I don’t like the moon cactus, or maybe they don’t like me haha, they don’t last on me, they die after few months haha. But I do have 1 survivor that have been degrafted and luckily it rooted and still alive.

Hi, I use 1/3 cat litter (non clumping molar clay type), 1/3 horticultural grit and 1/3 compost soil. If I run out of grit I just use soil and grit, more grit than soil. Make sure it’s fast draining mix
