    3:40 move arms slight backward when doing skull crushers for triceps. In another video called "Best tricep workout dumbbells" he says to do it on a 45° incline for more work on the tricep
    4:00 dont stand to close to the cabel when doing the cable.
    4:23 right way to do tricep pull down
    6:10 shows that Shpuldre/barbell overhead press is one of the best ways to train triceps

    1.Arms on side dont sway
    2.wrist dont bend
    3.elbows dont flare
    Chest up squeeze shoulder blades for best
    Hinge at the hips for better rom

    Great video as usual, I like that you let people know that form matters most when trying to focus and isolate a muscle group, not just "this is correct and this is wrong". As long as the form isnt dangerous, it's still a useful exercise.

    I just want to say that your channel have helped me alot. I was very skinny and it gave me insecurites and a bad self image but ever since i found your channel and followed you instructions i have been gaining weight and getting a better posture but most of all self-love then i could have ever imagine.
