I just was able to share this video with 10 middle school children who did not know this and whose mouths fell open with astonishment and awe. I wrote Dr Missler"s name on the board (I'm a volunteer 4 days a week at a closing Christian school, sigh, lack of enrollment), but PRAISE THE LORD JESUS Christ I got to share this with them all!! And encouraged them to read & study their bibles!!

Love Chuck Missler’s teachings!! His teachings like this is what led me to such a love & deeper study of the Bible! He was such a bright light & so intelligent yet still able to not talk over your head-presenting things in a way that anyone can understand!
I attended a conference in Vail, Colorado that was called “Steeling The Mind of America” (‘93 or ‘94) and took a picture with him. As Matson commented that Chuck had an unusual high I.Q. I miss him.

Also, could you please clear up the fact that the Bible was derived from Samarian manuscripts? (I believe it is thought by some thst they were the first civilization with a democratic government, something like that....I am just confused by their history). Thank you and msy God bless you!

Apparently you missed the part where Noah was instructed to build a very large boat. My guess is that he expected the Lord to provide a large amount of water; enough to float the boat. That sounds like a flood.

I love your work upon the great book, your interpretation there upon. Genesis is the answer all of its own, of a time.
I would love to have questioned you about Chapter 1: 6, 7, 8 & 9
I read The Bible front to back as a child and had many questions which my parents could not answer but through You Tube have seen many debaters try to answer.
It is very clear that we do indeed live upon something which is of Extraterrestrial being. There is so much to be said about Chapter 1 and the beginning and I have heard you say things which I have found to be true. The Bible is the scariest book I have ever encountered and yet it is the greatest love story ever compiled and printed. We have seen many great films shown to understand the world we live in and the series of The Matrix opens up the mind there upon?
Meditation further and reading the Bible over and over opens the mind further. My first encounter to the scary side of this book was trying to grasp that God is portrayed as a murderer and seeing through this was hard to understand. But once you read The Bible and it talks to you, can we understand a truth. I have found God at an age of 57 its takes that long to find the basics but I have to say; when you do, that the love which envelopes you is truly mind boggling! Understanding oneself is hard enough but to grasp God, well it is near impossible.
At 59 I now smile at near all the stuff in You Tube which is being preached, also at 59 I am humbled at Humans and Satan, at all the trickery it uses to blind us and the Media of today.

Yes, it is with numbers and chapters that they have separated verses; as if one saying has ended and another began...when in fact the end of one verse has been taken away and added to the beginning of the next. This causeing much confussion; where one can not hear and understand what is being spoken. I HOPE I SAID THAT RIGHT.
You may be right. I don't know. All the types and foreshadowing going on in the Bible--like the Gospel contained within the meanings of those names that Brother Missler expounds upon--makes me wonder if there is not some allusion to the flood prior to Noah. I don't know that there is, but I wouldn't go so far as to make a blanket statement as if I was sure that there wasn't some allegorical or metaphorical allusion to its coming--some prophetic warning...??
Chris Farrell When God told Noah he was going to flood the earth.
He said " My Spirit will not always contend with man, for he is dust.
His days shall be 120 years"
This means God not only gave 969 years of grace, but when God told Noah to build the Ark, he told him that the flood would come in 120 years. Reading backwards, Noah was 600 years old when Methuselah died, So God told Noah to build the ark, when he was 480 years old.
Methuselah would have been 849 years old.
And Methuselah means = When he is dead it shall happen.
Or, His death shall bring , So the flood came as Methuselah died.
So his parents who called him Methuselah Must have known, something big was going to happen.

How a group of people knew the concept of rain or flood if THERE was not rained before? The flood was the First recorded rain in the BIBLE . It is hard for me to believe that they knew that at the dead of Mathusalen the "flood" will come. Chuck Didnt share any passage to support this claim.

I propose Noah was "really tight" with the Lord (after all, it was his family chosen to come out the other side of the flood).
I propose that one with that kind of relationship to God will obey, unquestionably (i.e. Abraham & Isaac).
I propose Scripture mentions NOTHING about the announcement of "Flood" PRIOR to Noah (Gen 6:13)

I was thinking the same thing; however, when you think about it, Noah most definitely preached about the flood and he lived 600 years before it happened. There is adequate amount of time for Noah's preaching to make way and I am sure that in Noah's day especially, where knowledge was most definitely beyond what we have now, they understood the meaning of names and how it was connected to God's purpose and path for that person. People didn't believe the flood. God bless.

What would you say of the difference between the genealogies in 5 and 11? Missler seems to ignore textual criticism.
Would you use the first version of the King James Bible wherein it is written 'Thou shalt kill.' They had typos back then too. Some people believe that the majority manuscript renderings are more reliable. Personally, I believe that the earlier a manuscript the better. It's a fascinating subject, but by no means is the King James any more reliable than source documents used in its compilation process or even documents discovered AFTER King James had his version assembled. It is a beautiful Bible

If you read genesis chapter 4 you will see that Enoch is methuselah great great grandpa. An then chapter 5 says he is his dad? Chapter 4
You are mixing up the genealogy of Cain with the genealogy of Seth. Some of them had the same or similar names.

After the order of MZ is right in some sense because the MZ of past were righteous men of YHWY and were aspiring to be like the Messiah to come... Very good. Off the back of your research I did a little of my own. In what order he called the disciples and how they are listed. I'll spare you the small print and go right to the headlines. It dovetails nicely.
Order called:
Andrew = Manly
Simon Peter = He has heard (Stone)
Philip = Lover/friend
Nathanial (or Bartholomew) = Furrowed
James son of Zebedee = Heel holder / supplanter
John son of Zebedee = Yahweh is gracious
Man He has heard (like) stone. (But) a Lover/friend (is) furrowed (by the) holder of the heel/supplanter (because) God is gracious (to him).
Could be rendered, "Proud, stoney men he has heard. But God our lover and friend suffers at the hand of the Evil One, to show grace.
Then there is a gap. And calls:
Levi (Matthew) son of Alphaeus = Gift of God
Thomas = Twin
James 2 son of Thaddeus = Grasper of the heel
Thaddaeus (aka Judas son of James) = Heart Praise

1) According to Strongs Concordance, Methusalah (H4962) comes from math (H4962 means “man”)+Shelach(H7973 means missile, dart {dart})=“man of dart”

This is literally "How not to do Hebrew 101". 99% of what he said about the Hebrew language would be laughed at by any native Israelite or Hebrew scholar.
Not only is the Bible not translated properly ........ the content has been cherry picked by the church ...tweaked and edited heavily. Why anyone would believe in this stuff and not put their faith in the Sumerian origins of many of these 'god' stories is mind boggling !
Technically the names tell a story but it's not a story that is hidden. We all know the story, having a brief synopsis in the names of genesis is a bonus not a hidden message. Its only hidden to people who are reading translations. To put the "hidden message" detractors at ease.
I'm pretty sure the human race is far more than 2'000 years old. Even more than 5'000 years old. Trying to guess the age of earth by biblical geneologies is problamatic at best.

The name of Jesus in Hebrew for example is YESHUA. Which means
Yehovah saves, or the Lord is salvation, in some understandings.
The angel told Mary and Joseph what to call the baby, " you shall call his ( Male child) name Yehoshua, For ( because ) he will save his people from their sins"
Yehoshua is a longer form of Yeshua.
Meaning Yehovah is salvation.
Or Yehovah saves.

Chapter 5 Adam father of Seth. I guess we leave out Abel and Cain? Seth is father of enosh, Enosh became father of kenan, Kenan father of mahalalel? Chapter 4 says Irad was mahalalel father? Chapter 5 continues on with mahalalel becoming Jared's father. Chapter 4 says mahalalel was father of methuselah. Chapter 5 says Jared was Enoch's father but chapter 4 says Cain is Enoch's father? Chapter 5 says Enoch is methuselah father. Chapter 4 shows that Enoch was methuselahs great great grandpa not father? Both chapters come to methuselah as father of lamech which let's me know they are not different genealogy

MrElliott9191 You are talking about two different Enoch's, and two different Lamech's. It's like comparing the genealogy of George Washington and George Washington Carver and asking why one was born in a different time then the other yet they have the same first name. Cains son was named Enoch, and goes down the line of Cain. Abel was killed before he had any children, at least any recorded in Genesis. Seth was the third born and is the line that Jesus descends from. The Enoch of Seth's line is the 7th from Adam.
