Something I found interesting with the button shortcuts setting is that pressing 3+4 will simulate you pressing the flip stance button, so you can use moves like Nitara’s air dashes with the face buttons instead of a trigger. Also, moves with diagonal inputs, like Takeda’s D+F1, can be performed by pressing down and flip stance.
You sir are excellent! Always eager to learn from your videos. One of my favorite most recent UA-cam discoveries! I am happy to be one of your many students.
@Shujinkydink this is awesome, as a brand new Mortal Kombat 1 player who plans on learning the game as Ghostface as a huge fan of the scream franchise this should really help me out big time when it comes to having things that I can specifically target and learn without having to spend hours in training mode just boring myself to death trying to learn everything at once.

I started playing mk a week ago, these videos help a lot!
Definitely saving this video. The classical music in the background is an elegant touch. You have a knack for teaching, sensei.

Tf is a bonehawk? Is that a Tony Hawk thing?
Skill level, you shouldn't have posted smoke 😂, but I those players have the level of a gorila
Comboing in this game is hard
I think most BNB combos in MK are easier compared to other fighting games like Street Fighter or KOF
