The main thing about Eternal sleep, is you can use Thioller's needle AOW to cause massive damage once a target is on eternal sleep, work on bosses too for a short time

To explain why there are two graces so close, you can get to the fissure early by just exploring. But it will be blocked by a wall of light and interacting with it will tell you it is sealed. Have to get the message of a great rune breaking from entering the shadow keep for it to unseal. Then you can proceed like normal.

Trolls and Godskins will still wakeup but with much longer duration and you can't crit on them so they won't wakeup until the duration ends. while ordinary/simple mobs do sleep "eternally"

Open up your map, all of these are near the cerulean cost and most of the ones leading to Saint Trina will look as if you're in the ocean.

You have to complete the St. Trina quest line, kill the final boss and retrieve the weapon.
