Please turn off "Stable Volume" in the video playback setting (the first menu item after clicking the gear icon) as for some reason, this new UA-cam playback feature made the video much noisier than usual.

Great review, I have mixed feelings about this myself, but If I had 60 quid spare and needed that convenience, I would get a pair...cheers.

weird seeing the accuracy page only shows + and not + or -

Looking at you use it, it seems like the biggest problem is that the capacitive button is flaky and sometimes does not register your finger or takes an unpredictable amount of time to switch modes. Is it as annoying as it looks?
Also, it would be super useful to see its accuracy measuring in-circuit on a handful of known LCR circuits!

The capacitive button is a bit flaky. Not my personal favorite. I did more in-circuit measurement but did not include all the results in the video as the results were inconclusive. On the same board I did the testing, the capacitance reading is largely inline with those from my Agilent LCR meter. The Agilent also had trouble on a few of those capacitors in circuit. The inductance measurement is not very accurate in-circuit. Those 220 uH inductors on the board returns readings from 300 to 500. But the Agilent meter also shows quite a bit of variance but not as large.

I think this is bad that manufacturer made not replaceable battery. When the battery gets old you can throw all device in to the thrash.

Yeah, non-user replaceable battery is not my favorite. But seems to be a trend these days.

It is replaceable if you take it apart. Anyone using this is going to know how to take things apart. Just have to undo some tiny screws and plastic clips.

It accommodates both left-hand and right-hand use. That's actually one of the appealing factors of this meter. The display orientation is controlled by an accelerometer and will adjust according, I demonstrated this at the beginning of the video.

Well Kerry, thanks for the fast and helpful reply. My apologies as I missed the demonstration.
