The debate was originally scheduled between Doug Stauffer and Kent Hovind after Hovind challenged Stauffer three times to debate. When the challenge was accepted, the venue set, Hovind backed out of the debate and Schimmel took his place.

Proof of a pre trib rapture pay attention to the cloud and clouds Jesus appears in. Act's chapter 1 verses 9 10 11 cloud. Luke chapter 21 verses 27 and 28 cloud. In Revelation chapter 1 verse 7 Jesus is coming with the Clouds. This is the second coming of Jesus. God bless.......

Thank you, but does not work that way...look up Matthew 24:30; Matthew 26:64; Mark 13.26, 14:62 "clouds" is Second Coming so your theory of Luke 21:27 singular cloud has not basis. Sorry, but must look up every scripture and not force private interpretation.

​@FaithIndependentBaptistChurch not one verse says anything about a pre trib rapture. 7x like a thief is mentioned, 5 have a time reference. All 5 post trib. Every time the rapture is mentioned, post trib. You need to do scriptural gymnastics to attempt to make a point. That's not what God gave us. He gave us a Book that's simple to read. You shouldn't be twisting it for what you want. These passages are clear as day. Be looking for the contract to be signed between Israel and the gentiles. God told John to only measure the innermost parts because the rest will be trodden under foot of the gentiles. That dome will still be there when Isreal signs the contract. When you see it, you know in 42 months the abomination is coming.
