Srilankan lunch vlog in tamil/Srilankan style devilled chicken/Fried brinjal curry recipe/Tamil vlog

I made this Srilankan lunch vlog in tamil in my way....there two main recipes what i covered today...those are Srilankan style devilled chicken and fried brinjal curry recipe....you all will love this easy and tasty devilled chicken and fried brinjal curry recipes in tamil....this will be small tamil vlog too...these are special muslim style recipes too....special friday lunch menu in tamil...
Srilankan style coconut milk rice:

For devilled chicken:
First boiling chicken
Chicken-800g
Turmeric-1 tea sp
Salt-1 tea sp
Pepper powder-half TBsp
Chili powder-half TBsp
Tomato-1[med]
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea sp
Oil for frying chicken
For making devilled chicken:
Oil-three quarter TBsp
Mustard seeds-half tea sp
Onion-1[med]
Tomato-2[med]
Capcicum-1[big]
Curry leaves
Chicken stock
Chili flakes-half TBsp
For brinjal curry:
Brinjal-700g[mix with turmeric and salt]
Oil for frying
For making brinjal curry
Oil-half TBsp
Mustard seeds-half tea sp
Onion-1[med]
Tomato-1[med]
Curry leaves and pandan leaves
Maldive fish-1 Tbsp
Bird's eye chili-4 or green chili
Turmeric-half tea sp
Salt
Pepper powder-half tea sp
Curry powder-half tea sp
Cumin powder-half tea sp
Chili flakes-half tea sp
Chili powder-quarter tea sp[optional]
1st extract coconut milk-1 cup
2nd extract coconut milk-1 cup
Lime pickle or lime juice

I learn ur tips , here go my tips if u like, when u boil the chicken tampare the garlic ginger paste with 1tbs oil... also adding a bit of soy sauce for devil.if ketchup is not sweet ad pinch of sugar will add more taste😉
