What you need to make Chicken Rice:
Chicken - 400g
Basmati Rice - 2 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/12tbs
oil - 1 1/2tbs
Cloves - 3pcs
Cinnamon Stick - 1 big pc
Cardamom - 3 pcs
Curry leaves - few
Rampa - 1 small pc
Green chillies - 3 pcs
Ginger garlic paste - 2tbs
Onion - 1 large
Turmaric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chicken Buriyani masala / Tikka masala - 1tsp
cumin powder - 1tsp
water - 4 1/2 cups
Rose water - few drops
Optional - Fried onion, Fried Raisins, chana Dhall
