hi there I have the same Auto O Knit. my guide plat is grooved and my needles are grinding on the needle latch release / opener . is it repairable? or should I just part it out?
+melendu29 If that is the metal one that is called the Cupid's Bow, that is part of the Passap M201 machines, that is in with the green one, but if it is the wooden one, that is a gift from a very dear friend that works on all my machines. Yes very handy compared to the cut plastic cards but we do what we can with what we can. Berda
I just bought the gold one from FB marketplace for 20.00. I cleaned it and all. But it seems like it’s not going past a certain hook. Are my crochet yarns too big. What am I doing wrong?
If it is the same needle, maybe replace it, take 1 from the end to put in that place. If it is just in a certain area, check the needles are the correct ones. Also put all needles out to HP and make sure they all line up, if some are longer than the rest, most likely the needles are the wrong ones. Please let me know what happens.
I believe it is a 5mm machine, most Passaps are. But bring out 11 needles, then take a metric ruler to see what it has. Now the one I have is cm, and on the LK100, I see 9, so that makes it a 9mm machine.

Someone just dropped this gold machine to my house. Looks like it's all there, no idea what I'm going to do with it.
Either use it or try selling it.
