- After a rest day we went to Sa Calobra. A great climb and descent on the canyon Ultimate. After a dip we went back to Alcúdia. I'll give you some handy tips about the ride!. The bike handles really wel, I really liked it.

Being a pilot, you do get these chances to visit these places. However, being a pilot doesn't give you much free time at home.

I've heard numerous reviewers, both journalists and guys who rented/owned both bikes, say that the Aeroad is actually more comfortable / compliant than the Ultimate. Especially the saddle/back-end comfort. Did you also notice that?
This is something really weird since all other aero models are less comfortable than the normal race bikes.

Another great vid. We did the Mallorca 167 last year and the following weekend road Sa Calobra. We started at 7.30/8am, which I would recommend to everyone as there wasn't even another bike on the road. Incredible
QUESTION: what are you using for the audio with your on-the-bike vlog?
Haven't been over to Sa'Colobra in years. Will have to try it again next time I'm over in Mallorca...The problem is that you make it look too easy Jasper! hahaha

Lovely climb, but nearly ended in disaster for me after I had a tire blow out 2km down the descent at 50kph. But after replacing the inner tube the place was lovely.
How did you lock your bike at the beach? Did you rent a bike at the arrival or did you bring one?
