What I like about the host is he speaks the language he is comfortable with which makes the presentation more natural. Looking forward to watching more of Homescape Realty’s house tours 😊
In short, hindi pretentious. Relatable. Of the Filipino property presenters here on UA-cam I find Dean to have more knowledge on materials and construction. In one of his videos, dun ko lang nalaman ang difference between PVC and aluminum for window proofing.

I think some presenters are trying to reach out sa mga me kayang Foreigners na me asawang Filipino Citizen para mag invest sa pinas. Kaya po siguro they are trying to speak in English.
@@jovveer1306 UA-cam has this option to add subtitle 😊 pwedeng pwede nila i-enable or add their own for the foreigners to still understand what they’re saying. 😊

I actually watched Presello's presentation of this house prior to this video. Also I've been watching Presello videos more in the past years. This is my first time in this channel. And I must say this presentation is more detailed and more informative. I also like that he is using Tagalog most of the time when speaking (not wordy and direct to the point) and I can just hear and understand him clearly. I actually like this video better. Definitely will be checking your other videos. Good to know that there is another channel I can check on housetours aside from Presello and AV Properties. This particular first house tour that I have watched here is presented well. Thank you! Very informative and direct to the point! Will recommend this channel to my friends and co-workers!

This property is very gorgeous however the privacy is not so good coz the glasses are not even tinted with one way mirror tints. It's too over exposed for my liking but the layout itself is very nice. Presko!

How about sa flooring tiles at yung ginamit na granite tiles sa counter island. ?
Kung gusto nila mag karoon ng buyer, dapat naiiba sila. Para makuha nila ang attention ng manonood,diba.
At di lang ako Basta manonood, kaya ko itong i-share on another platform of social media, at Malay mo yung makakita non, yon ang bibili ng bahay..
@@judiefajutag816 Actually you have a better shot of selling a house if its the typical “all white” or neutral house kasi maraming may gusto ng maaliwas lalo na sa kitchen. It also makes the space look bigger and airy. :)
