- Our first visit to the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag, MN. So much to see at this impressive event. The focus this year was on the J.I. Case family of Tractors - both gas and steam engines.

Where is everybody ? This video is FANTASTIC. Not only are the machines amazing - that all these are running is a superlative testament to the capabilities and ingenuity of the people.
One of the best places on earth I've missed the show's since 2014 due to work but I've been to everyone other than that since a little kid it was so muddy the first year I went my grandpa had to carry me on his shoulders. It was our tradition to go but he isn't doing well at 93 now so it will be weird if I go without him. We always wanted to bring our original john deere 60 but never did which is weird because we are only a little over a hour away just south of Fargo in wahpeton
That steam shovel has a twin in Nederland Colorado. Brought up after digging the panama canal.
