      after looking over the winners over the last two decades and a half idk why rap fans cry so much about the winners most of the stuff is good but some of the winners shouldnt have beat some of the noms like 16 how did kdot beat cole for AOTY and mike aint competing with travis lol two completely different artists who make completly different music, how did chance beat drake for AOTY with coloring book ?!

    "Motherless" is one of my favorite songs on the album. I can related as someone that has lost their grandma and momma by age 28. It's been tough but I appreciate him for making this song. Helps me cope when I'm feeling down.

    There was a super jewel Mike dropped on this one when he said we move from a place of defense is so true. Our people, our culture, have always had to move from a place of defense. I guess that's why we don't find jumping out of planes backflipping motorcycles, deep sea diving, and shit like that as adventurous.     I worked with Killer Mike back in tha day on Outkast's, "The Whole World" music video. I was Andre's lovely assistant under the Bigtop and the scene where Killer Mike lifted up the car I was driving in the air, I believe was the first time that was done. I saw it in Victoria Monet's "On my Mama" vid and I immediately thought back to then. Good times... Congratulations to Killer Mike you deserve it Bro. That's what greatness looks like Word up! ❤🖖🏿

    Salute to Killer! I got the Michael Album the day it dropped and immediately labeled it The Ghetto Gospel it was that powerful, uplifting and inspiring to me! The Grammys got it right and as a 52 year old NY native I love and appreciate KM as a student and a teacher!

    The first day I was put in the mental health ward, Mike Dropped...
    This album got me through one of the toughest times in my life, it meant so much to me and still does. I may be a white Australian but it spoke to me, I listened to it for 2 weeks straight, the whole time I was on that ward I had that in my ear.

    It was on this exact show right before the album dropped the Mike broke down every song on the album and called his shot. I watched him perform the album live in concert and this is top two album I’ve heard over past two years (Kendrick Lamar). Congrats Mike!

So i had to do my homework on Killer Mike and listened to his old shit and that shit was CRAZYYY 🔥 so when he dropped Michael i was blown away after listening to that album cause it was the new Killer Mike so he deserved those awards cause thats REAL MUSIC.
