? What would you do it that was in the straight part of the wall? I tried cutting at a 45 and the thinking about taking second piece and doing what you did here.
Took a few minutes and it lessened thr gap between the shoe and the wall, which decreases the amount of caulk needed and visible. This guy takes pride in his work.
Thanks a million, my new cut looks fantastic, thanks to your advice.
Nice…and the truism holds as always; “a little caulking and paint makes a carpenter what he ain’t”. Thank you for sharing your tips.
Thanks for the video. I am about to lay flooring in my bathroom and installing new quarter round.
Do the same kind of work. In the Concord area just learned how to cope to day. Cool video appreciate it.
Also in Nc doing mainly tile but some lvp too. Great video! Thanks boss

Thank you 😊
impressive. Does that blade last long and can it be easily sharpened?
You dont have to sharpen it. It lasts forever.

The quarter round scissors?
Miter shears... I imagine you would have to sharpen them, they start to crush the wood instead of cut it
Wait! He didn’t finish the other end of small piece! Nice detailed work on what you did though. ;)
Just put a filler behind. To cover that gap.
That tiny cut on the cop was totally unnecessary
