- Mew Pokemon cake model from Pokemon Go. With the rise in popularity of the Pokemon Go app I decided to make a cake topper / figure of the Pokemon Mew :) This is very simple to make and you don't need many tools to get started (mainly just some pink modelling paste!) :D

One of my very first videos on here was a basic dragon figure yes :)
Do you have to wrap the wire with anything? I tried doing the figure with modeling chocolate. However the wire keeps slipping up or down or the modeling chocolate breaks when I try to bend it.

If you were to make this out of polymer clay would you attach the pieces before putting it in the oven or would you glue them together after they baked?
I would bake the body then glue the rest then re-bake according to package instructions but if you wanted you could bake it all together, it would just be a bit harder

It would depend on the size, the position, the detail etc..
