The location is amazing... next door to a lot of good Western and Asian restaurants with cheap to medium prices... and 10 minutes walk to the river... 10 minutes walk to Angkor Fitness Gym (probably the best public gym in Siem Reap)... 10 minutes walk to Pub St
Rooms are $270 per month for 1 month contract
or
Rooms are $250 per month on 6 month contract... but 3 month contract is possible if you negotiate well... they agreed to give the apartment to me for 3 months if I wanted it at $250 per month
Apartments come with fridge, air con in bedroom only, kitchen, but no living room, no washing wachine
The husband and wife own the whole building. The building has two parts:
1: their bicycle shop on the bottom floor beside the apartment entrance
2: their apartments (at the time of this video they have about 4 apartments available)

It seems like SR is much cheaper than PP. I stayed in an apartment similar to that for $400 p/m and that was discounted because of the pandemic.

I asked for 1 month but she made it more expensive at $270. So now their apartment will be empty because I chose to live in a different apartment.

Siem reap looks expensive. Vietnam is cheaper. Bali too actually.
