Ad Thai style Vegetarian meatballs and spicy bok choy noodles.

I've teamed up @wearethecurators to create this amazing vegetarian plant-based noodle dish. I've pimped up their versatile, mushroom meatballs, packed with umami flavours and 86% mushrooms to create this Thai inspired dish of coriander & sesame infused meatballs with spicy bok choy noodles. You can find them in all @tescofood stores in the frozen section.

10 x sugar snap peas
2 x spring onions
10 x baby corn
