Haha glad you made a video like this. F8x traction control full off is a completly different animal than MDM mode driving on track. I tried to turn it to MDM for one lap and absolutely hated it. Also just some solid coilovers makes a world of difference on how planted they feel after. 🏁🏁🏁
My heart kind of sank when I watched the F80 "dislike" video. I had just bought an F80 and watch this channel religiously. I am so happy you gave it another chance and saw the crazy potential that chassis and motor have. I still agree with you the S65 will always sound better no matter what exhaust you put on a S55. Those track days are so enticing hey, they make you wanna do all sorts of mods and track prep your car just to make a statement for next time... I def miss my E93 M3 but next fun car will prob be a track prep'd E36 or E46 (more affordable) approach. Keep up the good work and the dream alive... Much love from Australia ;)

@Spencer Berke to answer your question about supercharging a track car. If its non-intercooled bad idea, but if its intercooled either air to air or water to air go for it make moar power and moar fun on the track.

1 inch wider in the rear, feels more stable to me and rigid (both those things sound so weird to say) but I’m talking about the car. Lol. Prefer the e90 tail lights over e92. More unique.

I think when you made that F80 video, it was mainly based on a daily driver slightly modified F80. Not everyone is going to modify their F80 like this guy has. So yes on track this car as you could see is fast with everything removed also fun to drive. Not saying it's slow by any means but just a different car when it's setup the way he has it setup. I personally liked everything he's done. I couldn't tell if he has a straight pipe or still has his cats on there. Personally I still like the sound of the S65 motor w/exhaust. I don't even own one 😂, I own a M5 E60.
I love how F80s look but they sound like shit and that’s just the honest truth. Give me the e90 sound with the F80s looks/performance and you have the perfect bmw.

IIRC E90 is slightly wider in the rear which helps it feel better on the track
