You could also ask the support chat bot in the app to delete your account
Itll give you the final kill switch to use from the chat

I went through ALL those steps. After I clicked on "Close Cash Account", it took me to a BLANK page that said "Back". Meaning I click on BACK and I go back to the previous page. What he is showing at 3:04 minutes does not show for me. Anyone else having this problem?? It really should not be hard to close my account, so why they making it hard. This is not cool with Cash App at all!

I’ve tried that many times. I don’t get the close app page, just one that says to make sure I don’t have any money, bitcoin and something else, and then I can come back to that page. But when I do, it starts over again. It’s like damn Groundhog Day movie. Contacted support and they told me to do what I had been doing already. Tried with my bank account linked and unlinked, doesn’t matter.

@@yommamastink247 no, not yet. Actually haven’t tried it again lately, but i imagine I’ll get the same results. I guess as long as you don’t have a card linked to it no one should be able to get anything out of it, but I would like to be completely done with it and not have to worry about it.
