It will only show a user name once you log onto WinCC runtime with a user created in user administrator. Also make sure when you assign @CurrentUser you select it from a tag browser instead of typing in. If you get the case wrong it won’t work
Great video thanks..but is there anyway to make my custom login form where i enter the username and the password instead of this wincc classic form that looks like Windows 95 😅😅
Hi, thanks for the question. You _can_ create your own login screen, I will look in to making a video for you. biggest concern here is security -- it would make it easier for someone to edit your script and steal passwords. 😀
