Nice vidéo. However it lacks wide angle views which does render the ambiance of the whole places. Too much emphasis on small details, detrimental to render. This is a mania that too many videographers gave these days.
the Collective Crew was disappointing, expensive and filled to the brim with 18-20 year olds taking selfies of themselves. the host was letting in so many people that there was nowhere to sit. It hardly had a coffeeshop vibe, more like a tourist trap to take a photo of and leave. I wouldn't recommend it. thank you for mentioning the others though! I will check them out...

Agree! The Collective WAS a good cafe, but not anymore!
