such cool BRZ :D
I love it! Its clean, unassuming and makes good power for its weight.

thumb down for condoning street racing. As a company in support of this "hobby", a better approach, or message, would be having people take it to the track, not I-10/20/30/35, or other major highway in Texas. And if your response is, "we don't condone street racing", then why is there a nearly 4 minute video showing various scenes of such activity under your business name?
Awesome ride

@@Vinnay94 yeah the new BRZ and GR86 have the FA24 in naturally aspirated form, the new outback, legacy and ascent have it in turbo application with 10:6:1 comp like this build. When a built brz doesn't have the widebody kit it really stands out
I really like the wide body kit personally. Probably because I grew up on need for speed underground
@@ryukaganzeroful they're super good looking when done right

I want to learn how to drive manual just to get one 😂
@@MrHankeee best choice you’ll ever make I promise on my life
@@KevinReillySV I'm deciding wether to buy a $1k beater to learn or look for a simulator under the same price to practice, so far all the comments I've read said it's easier to transfe from sim to irl
@@MrHankeee I wouldn’t waste that much money. Manual is very easy especially with the super light frs clutch. I have a friend who wasn’t into cars at all and is probably the worst driver I know but even he learned his manual frs in about a week and he wasn’t even a car guy so he didn’t even know what the clutch did at first. It’s way easier than you think. Watch some videos maybe ask a friend if you have one with a manual car. A few things I didn’t know when starting driving manual. If you release the clutch slow enough, in most cars from my experience will roll forward when you hit the bite point on the clutch before you even add any gas, as long as you’re in gear just like in a automatic you can roll without giving it gas, hardest part is knowing your clutch bite point and that will help a lot with you finding it. Everyone says release clutch and give gas at the same time which yes once your comfortable with it. But for your first time try giving it no gas and release your clutch out slow slow while in gear and when your car starts moving stop releasing the clutch and it will start rolling on its own as long as you have your clutch on the bite point, it’s at that point you’d add gas to go faster or to switch gears. It’s really very easy once it’s in front of you and even more so if you understand what the clutch does and how to use it. Save your $1k for your car spending that much to learn manual is useless when you can learn in your car. Trust me you’d have to really really beat on it for months or weeks before you’d ruin it and I’m sure you’d pick it up in a day or two
@@KevinReillySV thank you i really appreciate all the tips and i that's the thing i think i understand the concept of the clutch and how to work it I've studied my fair share of videos already lol UA-cam never fails just that I've never had the experience to actually say I've driven manual and really understand it. I just need the feel of it
"until they find out what it makes and see some taillights" had me rolling lmao good shit man

@Jon Dough well to be fair its super fast for the motor he is running but on a comparison from other texas cars… childs play is a generous statement, more like child abuse
@Jon Dough 600hp in a brz lol is different than 1000 hp out of a already 650 hp car
@Jon Dough there is always something faster, just appreciate the build man don't be that guy...🤦♂️
@Lover boy You forget that it weighs 2700 lbs.
I definitely give more respect to people who stick with the motor the car came with and build it. It’s cool to engine swap but from Ford barra, Chevy LS, Toyota 2jz, Nissan Sr20, RB,VH45, and typical Honda motor. It’s cooler seeing someone deal with the con’s of the engine and making it strong.
Same, not only it’s show the engine potential but it encourages other to do the same.
@@ramiahwhitney9 if your down for doing head gaskets every 20 pulls
@@ramiahwhitney9 people don’t like dealing with issues. And like taking the easy route. Myself I like dealing with issues and Doing the hard things first. I got a 300zxTT aka Z32 and well once you know what you have to do. It’s easy and been very very reliable
Cool story bro. A lot of swaps happen after the original motor has blown or the price to upgrade it isn't worth it but people still love their cars.
@@anthonybomicino3276 your right but I just want see the potential of the engine can top out the HP before has to be rebuild.
This guy is an inspiration. Many of us would look to sell our current car for something better, but this guy did it the more challenging (and rewarding) way. He took the car he already had, and just kept it clean, maintained it, upgraded parts, probably spent hours of research, probably made mistakes, but he stuck it through and now he has a BRZ most people wish they had.
I think I'll keep my car.
Not a subie guy but I love this car. We need more BRZs like this
this is exactly how i want my final version to look.
"Stock Compression" with built motor now i like that
I love how he went for that stock look thats the shit o love .
Nice build....great attitude
seems like a genuine guy. I appreciate his honesty about his car
Huge respect to this guy for truly maximising this car's potential while keeping it humble with a sick sleeper exterior
I would love that car even more at a very reliable 450-500hp...
All this with a Smash Bros hoodie! Salute bro🤞🏾
These fa motors are no joke. It’s going to be interesting to see what the new sti brings and the bigger 2.4 in the brz too.
Well that’s what the STI is going to have the FA24.
Honestly I’m kinda jealous of the new 2022 brz, that motor seems like it’s gonna kick ass, around 255 horsepower on a stage 2 tune from an n/a 4 cylinder, and 350whp from pushing 10 psi is what I’m guessing
Completely built motor that has been 100% retooled to make only 600whp. And he said it lifts heads after 20 pulls with ARP head studs max torqued. Yea bro. That’s a joke. Cool car but, there’s a reason people motor swap these.
@@SpikedBoost yea that’s a big yikes .
@@SpikedBoost it also depends on the gaskets he's using, he should use a hks metal grommet type head gasket that's used for like 10.4 compression and max torque the studs out on those
Very humble guy. Love the car man.
Wow someone actually made 1 fast for once
there are Tons of them, I would say 860 out of 1000 owners have one modified. This car has the biggest aftermarket hands down, getting passed only by the corvette/GM just because of the LS engine and components.

@@Q-64 yes for their purpose
It you go F/I and you want real power - Always Turbos
TRUE 🔥 so glad I went the turbo route
That's true. If I was going for a powerful daily, its supercharger for me, as it provides a lot better driver feedback and throttle response, but if I wanted a balls out car that only hits the streets to race, then it would be turbo.
I like how humble the owner is.
I thought the stock brz transmission could only handle 300hp 😬, awesome build thought 👏
Ya I thought so too. Being that the transmission is Toyota maybe its a bit tougher then the subaru ones. 300 horsepower is all I would want from my BRZ.
It's a hit or miss. I've been at 450whp on e85 since 2017 with the stock block and trans.
Transmissions are rated in torque not horsepower, lol. Aisin changed the az6 for the frs/86/brz. I want to see someone push this gearbox and diff to 800+ lbft/torque
The drive terrain is all Subaru. And Subaru is being bought out more and more by Toyota. Hence the partnership. That transmission won't last if he keep racking through that car all day.
Lol if subaru made the engine the transmission is manufactured and redesigned by aisin. The az6 in the frs/86/brz is similar to the s15 sr20det. 80% of the az6 was changed for the frs/86/brz.
I was expecting to see a 2j swap. My gawd man. He kept the FA! Amazing. Stock tranny too. My hat's off to this guy
I'm glad you kept the exterior stock. It's so clean Absolutely beautiful bro. Love everything about it!!!!
I did a 2azfe swap, I got none of those problems. But mad respect on the power.
Jeez that BRZ rips. Definitely faster than our FRS and WRX.
Sickass BRZ that’s still repping the FA20 on high numbers. I’ve seen a lot of Swap motor BRZ/FRZ/FRS/86 that’s making 500whp but rarely a FA20 making 600whp plus. This is a one of a kind.
Get this man a EVO 😆 on another note this is a badass built brzs and are kinda rare in Mexico
Bro said he can only hook at a 60 roll......with the close to stock look...it's a true sleeper❤
the stock look is so underrated its insane. Ive always told people that a stock look car that juiced as fuck is so classy.
Props to the owner for not slapping stickers and dumb shit all over it, clean car
coolest brz i’ve ever seen
anyone running 500+ wheel with an fa20 (either wrx or brz) gets mad props. Most people stick to 400ish, because anything past that is a full build.
600hp out of a 2.0L, thats legit amazing. well done.
Very nice. I’m a Dodge guy, 2 Hellcats, & I applaud you! Well done! 👍

He took the road less traveled. I love it! 🤘🏼
😳 damn Holy crap bud - that Subaru BRZ is insanely stupid fast but at the same the look on the outside like a true genuine sleeper which very unsuspecting so kudos and props to you bud for having a clean, unsuspectingly fast JDM street missle
Don’t get a built fa20 with MAP.... 2 built motors with them with NO DISCOUNT after the 1st motor... both motors had less than 500 miles, professionally installed... 1st one rings weren’t installed correctly, 2nd motor started giving a little issue and got rid of it right away. Didn’t even want to deal with it. 10k+ down the drain. You guys want a built motor go to Outfront
oh yee thats tuff, currently saving for an FRS n this kinda builds keep me going
Hellcat fuel pump 😂 dammit dodge ya'll done fcked up when a japanese 4 banger can run your fuel pump lmao
Walbro helcat fuel pump, not a actual fuel pump from a helcat 😂😂😂
I don't see how Dodge messed up.
He said it is a fully built engine. He said he pulled the engine out of the car 10 times to get it where it is, and he also said he can only do 20 or 30 pulls before the heads start to lift, and he even called his own car unreliable and wishes it didn't break so much.
Even doing all the labor himself, he has invested at least 20K in the car.
So Dodge messed up? Okay, makes sense I guess. I respect this guy who is honest, set a goal, and accomplished it. He is realistic and honest about his car.
You're probably just another fanboy who thinks you can slap a turbo on any four banger and it will be just as reliable as a stock Hellcat, and faster than the Hellcat.
@lawnmower 4000 yes, that joke has been made about every car brand. This is why we have something called warranties, I hope this helps.

its a neat setup. but 600hp and having to rebuild after 30 pulls.... you could do much better with the money. either way still pretty slick for a stock looking brz.
Exactly what I was thinking.... This guy must like throwing money away.
Agreed. That engine bay fits an LS real nice like lol. A built ls3 could get well over 500 wheel N/A easy, weight less and be more reliable than that boosted FA.
@@CrossWindsPat costs just as much to swap an Ls in these “swap” comments get old
@@giotrujillo360715 Exactly. Cost the same, more reliable, more unique, and sounds way better than a clapped out 4 banger.
@@CrossWindsPat you right it would be more reliable, but it would take a year or so of fab work and in my opinion keeping the fa20 is way cooler than just swapping a 2jz or Ls in there.

Hellcats get so much hate but still are the thing people are always striving to beat for some reason.
Because they're among the most common of stock high horsepower cars available. I live in houston at any given point in time there is at least one muscle car at a stop light. Chargers, challengers, camaros all over the place like roaches lol.

Basically anything lighter than 3000lbs and more than 550 hp is a hellcat killer
Any car weighting in the low 3000 that’s in the 500hp range is insanely fast. With the right tires, you can probably run mid 10 or possibly even high 9, that’s already equivalent to an hellcat with tires at the track.
