My apologies if the question is inappropriate but do we have an accurate timeline of the long night? What came first, that or the wall. If the wall came up second, then why do we have the story of the last hero defeating them if they were essentially dormant until the 13th lord commander of the NW lay with the corpse queen?
I think that any certainty about the timeline is misplaced. There are rationalizations which make sense of much, or even all, of currently-available information, but anyone who comes out with too much confidence is not being honest with themself and you.
The threshold for what qualifies as kinslaying is ... nonexistent, I think, its just a vibe. Like starks killing karstarks apparently counts even though they're separated by like a thousand years
