I don't know the Tamil but whatever you taught totally understood. Thank you for video. I want to know the armature resistance value if you can please...
Thanks for your valuable comment... I think many technical videos are already uploaded by experts in english..I don't want to repeat it again... I want to make technical videos in my language... Because the availability of technical contents in tamil are less when we compare with English, Hindi... etc. Anyway I will try to add subtitles....
I will try to add english subtitles... Thanks for your comment... please read the below procedure and then watch this video: Precautions 1.Field rheostat of motor should be kept at minimum resistance position. 2.Field rheostat of the generator should be kept at maximum resistance position. Procedure Open Circuit Characteristics 1.Make the connections as per the circuit diagram. 2.Close the DPST switch and start the motor using 3-point starter by moving the handle slowly and completely. 3.If the rated speed is not attained, the resistance in the field rheostat is increased until the motor attains it rated speed. 4.Increase the field excitation of the generator (only increasing, NOT haphazardly increasing and decreasing) in steps by decreasing the resistance of the field rheostat and the corresponding increase in the generated emf (Eg) is noted down. 5.Continue the same procedure until the generated emf (Eg) reaches 125% of its rated value. Load Characteristics 1.Make the connections as per the circuit diagram. 2.Close the DPST switch on the supply side and start the motor using 3-point starter by moving the handle slowly and completely. 3.If the rated speed is not attained, increase the resistance in the field rheostat of the motor until the motor attains it rated speed. 4.Adjust the field rheostat of the generator till the generator builds up its rated voltage on no load. 5.Close the load side DPST switch. 6.Increase the load on the generator in steps from no load to 125% of full load and at each step note down the value of terminal voltage and load current.
Thank you sir. I would like to know what the armature resistance value is.
Ans
Excellent teaching sir 💐💐💐💐💐💐
Why the resistance of rheostat kept minimum at motor side and maximum at generator side at starts?
To limit the speed in motor side and generated emf in Generator side
This video makes me as your subscriber.....
Thank you...!
Can I get circuit diagram of this experiment
I have shown at the beginning of this video...
Sir how to draw graph for load test on self excited dc shunt generator.. in x axis and y axis it's confusing sir..
super sir really useful
Can i get that table pic
Pls watch 11:41 to 11:45...
Intha regulation fulla podunga bro.
Good explanation
Kindly upload manual
Connection Expain pannuga sir
Upload swinburnes test

Where is the next part
I don't know the Tamil but whatever you taught totally understood. Thank you for video. I want to know the armature resistance value if you can please...
2.5 ohms
Clear cut....sirr
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nice
Sir please try to use English language

Dear Genius World, I have added subtitles for u... Thanks for your comment...
it will me more helpful if u use English or urdu
English please..
I will try to add english subtitles... Thanks for your comment... please read the below procedure and then watch this video:
Precautions
1.Field rheostat of motor should be kept at minimum resistance position.
2.Field rheostat of the generator should be kept at maximum resistance position.
Procedure
Open Circuit Characteristics
1.Make the connections as per the circuit diagram.
Load Characteristics
1.Make the connections as per the circuit diagram.
Dear Dave Deo, I have uploaded the English subtitles for you. Please watch it.Thanks for your comment.
Stop writing in English topic and speak your language, and you are limiting yourself
