I found you thru quilting, and I’ve been watching all the videos, but have never done cross stitch so I am pretty amazed that I have watched this entire wip parade! And, today I ordered a bit of floss and Aida to do my first piece! Thanks for the inspiration! Also, stitching thru grief is hard and wonderful. Just take your time ❤️
Immensely enjoyed seeing all of your lovely WIPS! Don’t worry about working on projects that have retired patterns! Goodness, work on what you want. There are gazillions of available patterns for us to buy! We can still admire what others are stitching even we aren’t stitching the same thing. Take care!
Laura, I loved your WIP parade! Your enthusiasm is contagious. When you said that you have over 100 projects, I was surprised there were that many. I can tell you love them all! I look forward to hearing about your plans next time. ❤Susan
I loved watching both your wip parades! I have to say your fabric Princess Elliana is just what I’ve been looking for! I’m so excited to see what you get done this year.
It was fun....thanks so much to you and your little pup for the show and tell. Was great!! I wish I had done some stitching while I was watching.....but...well, you know....maybe next time ...hugs
Laura, thank you for doing a review of your stitching collection. I watched both part 1 and 2. You were great company for my insomnia. Ha ha. Beautiful work!!!
I love your work but especially your videos. More, more, more please! Thanks so much for sharing your joy!!! Kari St.Clair- Springfield, Missouri - Home of Bass Pro and Brad Pitt ❤
So many fabulous wips-I have some of the same charts that I am starting soon-pink sparrow sampler and the Lord’s Prayer, I also hAve some of the same wips, sapphire Mira, comfort lighthouse and summer Quaker. We will be busy! Thank you for sharing! Happy stitching!
Thank you for taking the time to do this floss tube. You have such a wide variety of fabrics. I spent an enjoyable evening watching your WIP parade and stitching!
This is NOT a criticism. I hope you will find it funny. I had this awful work project that I had to do that involved phoning tons of people. (Which I hate..so much anxiety). So I put your flosstube on at 1.5 speed with sound off. And it got me through it. Thanks for two parts!
I always use one stand on 36 and higher but you do have quite a bit done and she’s a big girl so do what you love the most and who cares how long it takes! The frogging I’m Not a fan of so that’s something to consider! Love both of your wip parades and please don’t worry about oop charts most of us have them! I have several coveted blackbird designs that are oop myself! 😊
Oh Laura, what a treat this WIP Parade was 😍😍 Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into this - amazing!! I’m looking forward to see you plans and all the beauties you’re going to stitch this year ❤️
Whew, girl, you have a lot of WIPS. I enjoyed the 2 videos. You have so many beautiful projects. I have followed The Pollinator through the year, so it is great to see that near completion. Please, go get that DMC (LOL). I am also very much looking forward to the Alice Projects in February. I, too, am a big Alice in Wonderland fan. Great job; now relax.
Laura, thank you so much for providing this wonderful and lengthy diversion from my own glublahblah - counting is hard some days. My own head gremlins did a real number on me last year but now I'm just going with SWYWWYW with about a dozen WIPs and sticking to stash. Gotta say though I'm very tempted by several of the fabrics I saw today (my poor debit card) 😂🇳🇿
Laura! You're a bad influence!! After part 1 I kitted up three patterns and wrote a list of DMC I need to pick up. Then after part 2 I bought a heap of patterns online. They have all been in wishlists for ages, but I really wanted Simple Life by Teresa Kogut after seeing it in your video. I'm going to be busy in 2025. Thanks for a great WIP parade!
Thoroughly enjoyed your WIP parade As for “Consider the Lilies”, you have way more stitches ahead of you than behind you, so start over with 1 over 2 if that will make it a more fun stitch.
Such joy to see your wip parade videos were posted. Here is my take on "Consider the Lillies"...you should do a restart for I feel you're never going to finish it because you're obviously not happy doing the 2 over 2, hence the reason its been on a "firm pause". I suggest you just restart and dont worry about taking out the other stitches until you need to. Who knows, you might decide to go back to the 2 over 2 🤔 I love all your wips and thank you for taking your time and chatting about each piece. Its very enjoyable. 😊 Take care my dear, looking forward to any and all vdieos you bless us all with. Just hoping you dont make me add more projects to my already large wips and to do piles in cross stitch and quilting! 😂 Love from a Nana in Michigan
So many beautiful stitches in progress. I had to stop both videos several times to check out one of your projects. I only purchased one chart from the videos since it is a new year. Cannot wait to see what your guidelines are for 2025. Happy New Year and thank you for sharing.
I vote for one strand on 36 count. Your call, depends on your frogging pain threshold. If you have enough fabric to start over with one strand you could use the 2 threaded part into a bowl filler pillow. A companion piece and no frogging! So many wonderful projects! Stitch on!🪡🪡
Love the WIP parade. For Consider the Lilies, I would start over. It’s too big a piece to keep stitching in a way that you’re not really happy with. You won’t want to work on it. That linen is beautiful!
Thank you so much for sharing all of your amazing WIPs. I’m sure it takes a crazy amount of time to put together so I really appreciate the effort. I’ll probably watch more than once to soak in all the goodness some more. ❤
Thank you for sharing your gorgeous WIPS, I enjoyed seeing them all. What a sweet pup, he laid in his doggy bed so quietly and calmly throughout the videos, he’s so sweet……❤
I was so happy to see your WIP parade posted last night/this morning! Your flosstube is my absolute favourite. You have such beautiful projects, and it’s always helpful to see how other people tackle managing them. Love the pirate plans! We lost our yellow Lab a few months ago, and it’s such a joy to see Gracie living her best life with you. I hope you’re doing well (as someone who also suffers from brain gremlins, I hope they stay away), and I’m so looking forward to a new year of stitching “with you”!😊 (Also, I wondered about a “magical March” or May session for your unicorns…?) xx
Thank you very much for an awesome WIP Parade. As for Consider the lilys, I would start stitching it on the other end of the fabric and then see what you really like best. Unfortunately if your heart isn't in it you will not stitch it and it is a beautiful piece. Then if you like the one strand better you can slowly pull out the two stand stitch. It would be a daunting task at best to pull it all out. Sometimes it is worth it. I do know this from experience. Who doesn't, right. First and foremost your heart needs to be happy with it. All your stitching is amazing and thank you so much for sharing it all with us.
Hi!!! It took me a couple of days, but i loved seeing all 100 of your projects ❤ amazing! You didnt mention what the fabric was for Earth Angel...it is GORGEOUS. 😮
I'm doing an intentional buy year to try and stitch patterns I own already. So I'm allowing 1 buy per 5 charts finished. With 2 exceptions (if I need a specific pattern for a gift for someone else and if I magically get to go to a needle work shop - closest one to me is over 2 hours away). Hopefully I follow my own guidelines! 😅
Girl...when it comes to Consider the Lilies, redoing one page is nothing. Restart...go for it. BUT, I hate, or thought I did, stitching with 2 strands on higher counts, 36 and 40. I've always used one strand. Until today. I started and brand new Brenda Gervaise today in 36 count Brenda's Brew. I had to go back and fill in with a second strand and I love stitching with the two strands now! Have you tried stitching on it again lately? This is my first 36 count in 4 years that I am stitching mind you! I'm stitch shocked that I love it so much.
Loved your wip parade, Laura. What fabric is Earth Angel stitched on? Of course it is just my luck that the one fabric I want to use is the one you didn’t mention! Is it, lol.
10:18 restart. That looks too pretty to not stitch. Originally I was like : make that stitched page into a small. But if you can fit it on that lovely fabric ripping some of the already done seem smarter. *Is getting serious stitching in during these* ❤

Just incredible - what a gift of your time and energy. You seem to stitch what you love and colors that speak your language. Amazing.
Thanks for all the wips they are amazing I love them all

I agree regarding the out of print patterns. Stitch on them if it’s your heart’s desire❤ to do so!
Thanks for sharing all do do and how you approach yours WIPs. So much inspiration! Hope you had fun too!☺
Laura, I loved your WIP parade! Your enthusiasm is contagious. When you said that you have over 100 projects, I was surprised there were that many. I can tell you love them all! I look forward to hearing about your plans next time. ❤Susan
Love all your projects. Thanks for sharing

2 wonderful videos! Thank you for sharing all your beautiful stitches! Happy stitching to you as well!❤
Awesome Laura!
I finished that unicorn in a sweater and few years ago and it was SO beautiful 💕 thanks for showing up all your beautiful WIPS
Fabulous WIP Parade!!! You have awesome projects! Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to prepare & then do this!!! You rock !!👏👏👏👏

Love your wips especially Totoro and the flowers. Keep stitching
I just can't, I am dying!!! TheNora Corbett birds look like an exhibitionist clown 🤣
I was mid stitch when this one popped up and at a glance I saw a uterus 😂😂😂

Is the mystery fabric you "love everything you've stitched on it" perhaps Potato?

What fabric is your miribilia that’s almost done on? The one with the lady and water lilies? Lovely works!
