Guys, you missed on the fact that he was 52 years old when he was going through this body transformation in just 5 months. To do such a feat in limited time at that AGE would take a toll on anyone......Kudos to Amir Khan......

pheww.. checkout the transformation of Chiyaan in movie I, you won't find any video because he haven't made any like this, he has undergone through four body types in a single movie nearly 3-4yrs, at first he has increased his weight from his normal stage to 120kg+ to look like a beast, then he cut down it to nearly 75kg to look like a body builder, and further reduced his beefed up muscles to look like an ad model, and finally again reduced to below 40kg to like like a skinny prawny guy. and probably has again increased his health to what he looks right now. So for your info I'm not talking about any movie or any awards or sh*t whoever gained.. it's a fact that Amir Khan has to move aside when it comes to transformation. Making a video doesn't mean he's the best, that's what my point is too.
well I don't need to get jealous of any bollywood awards too, I do enjoy better movies from my own Malayalam Industry.

And it reminds me my body transformation too. How I became 49 kg from 91 kg.. when some called me fat n loser. I did exactly the same..I knew I was looking awful n feeling awful n didn't have that mechanism that would help me to support my joints of legs n arms n other body parts. I jumped on the treadmill n started my wonderful journey. Within a year I was able to lose 17 kg with a lot of diet n exercise. And then journey continued to become more fit n healthy. I know this pain well when someone calls you obese o fat. But that's how you get strength n motivation. Otherwise sympathy doesn't help but makes you more comfortable in your own unhealthy skin n food habits. I appreciate all my critics who help me get better n grow really well as they work like a bitter medicine.

You should definitely watch the movie 'Dumm lagake haisha' Bhumi Pednekar, a fantastic actress, made her debut in the film. She had to put on a lot...a lot of weight. The performances in the movie are pitch perfect, the script is great. It's flawless.
