Sir I have a question.
I got a job offer from a very famous research institute from Czech republic, Biology center, czech academy of sciences, as a research scientist. I had my interview on 3 of May. Interview was very great Alhumdullilah, ambassador was very happy, interview continuoues for more than 40-45 min. At the end ambassador commented that we want to extract best brains from Asia.
But here is a problem i returned back from China in january 2020, now its been 2.5 years, by law i have to provide criminal extract from china as well along with Pakistan. But unfortunately China has restricted its borders and it really hard to get this from China by appointing some one. My HR officer in czech republic told me that by czech law we can replace it with a affidavit with reason that why we are unable to provide this and we should state that we dont have any criminal record there. Ambassador told me that he is accepting this and sending this to interior ministry and he dont know either they will accept it or not its totally up to ministry. But my research team head and my HR officer told me that they are hopeful that ministry will accept it. But i am so worried about it.
Do you have any knowledge about such matter either they will accept it or not?

Sir,i am from Bangladesh. I've completed my bachelor from EEE Department on july 2020. Unfortunately, Convocation has not been arranged yet in my University, in that case,I didn’t get main certificate. I've only provisional certificate.. Can I apply any University in czech Republic through provisional certificate? Please give a suggestion.

I am planning to apply for long term resident permit visa for scientific research purpose...all of the things is funding by my professor..i don't understand what questions they are going to ask me..i am very curious. I searched alot but everything is related to self funding and study related questions

I had a very long visa interview and they asked me lots of questions. I tried my best to answer them and convince them of my motivation. But now I am completely blank as to what to expect? On the one hand somebody said that it is difficult to get a student visa for a Czech language preparatory course to prepare me for a Phd and on the other hand someone said student visa is the easiest. Is there anyway I can find out which way they are tilting to prepare my itinerary for the months ahead?

Thank you Adnana, for your clarifications. I need clarity on some point you have mentioned. Which is about date of birth. In the registration template of 2022, the list of birth date is begin from 1987 but not below that. opportuntilly my birth date begin from 1985. Therefore how can I can I answer during Visa interview? Thanks
It shouldnt be. Please check it again. People older than 1987 should be able to apply without problem

As student you need just the 4100euro in account.irrespective of who gives. But it should be in your account

Dear sir, i completed my B.E. from EE in 2009 and then 3 year experience in core electrical field, and then i switched to other field i.e. in pharma quality control. In between this i have some 2 3 years gap. So my question is that i am very confused about master that is what course should i choose.? MS or MBA, If MS then in which field? If MBA then is it possible that i get admission? What about Visa? Should i try in Czech or some other country like Finland? Please suggest, suggestion will b appreciable.

Sir my secondary and high secondary classes subject was. Science but now i did apply in spain for business management subject for bachelor degree in a private business school.
If embassidor ask me that why you choose different subject than your previous study then what can say?

No its embassy doesbt give the visa to partner when you are student. In reality its not possible to get them even tourist visa while you are dping phd. Sorry but its like this
