Hey Josh thank you so much for all the great content and this amazing review! You've pretty much sold me on this gimbal but I’m a little confused about the follow focus. Is there a way to have a remote device (Not a phone) for another person to follow focus with? Does this system only provide follow focus with the focus wheel on the gimbal, or is there a way I can have a dedicated focus puller to have an external monitor and a remote such as the ifocus from mozu air 2. I've been looking everywhere to try and get this answered but can't find it anywhere and would love to be sure before I pull the trigger :) Really appreciate any help, thank you so much! :)
This seems like one of the best gimbals out there right now imo. I just bought the Moza Air 2 and I think for the price it's still the best value. But for a little more money this thing is great!

I’ve just bought and installed both the follow focus servo and the zoom servo. When I connect either one of the two, it works fine, but when I connect both at the same time, only the zoom servo works through the handle rocker. The follow focus doesn’t work. The wheel doesn't do anything. I’ve tried in both movie mode and manual mode and I still have the same issue. I have also set the lens to both AF and MF and I still have the same issue. My gimbal is attached to the Sony a7iii with a Sony 24-105 lens. Any advice on what could be wrong here?
Recently get hands-on experience with Crane 3, its appearance is quite unique, but part of function is not good, such as POV mode, only 45 ° follow. The secondary handgrip easily block the screen of camera, like shoot blind if without mobile phone as a monitor. Sometimes stability lost.

I just wish the handle had variable adjustment. That fixed handle position seems as though it would get very uncomfortable (pressure on the wrist) after an all-day shoot.
Hey John, Thanks. Unfortunately zhiyun don't specify anything about weather sealing, it's probably safe to say it's not. In regards to using the crane 3 outdoors, in handle very well in the wind.

I just got in my mail the Zhiyun Crane 3 lab, everything working perfect and following your instructions I learned a great deal about the product : I'm a happy camper, and waiting in the mail for the creator kit, NOW!!!! I'm loss because i can't connect to Zhiyun app, My RIG: Sony a7R3, Sony 16-35 2.8 GM and Iphone 6s+ I'm connected to BT and to crane 3 lab WF, but I warning red whit a circle (!) I press and say : The device is not working, plese restart and connect again. Please I trait several times, but w/out any luck. If you or any one of your smart suscriptores can help me???? Thanks

It looked like your arm was shaking when holding that back handle. Is this a balancing to weight issue?

I have this same gimbal, But mine works not as good as yours, somehow it just keeps vibrating with none stop. I don't know why.
Imbalance on the motors. Make accurate micro adjustments and you will be good
This product didn’t even last me a year. Vibration issues are the major problem of this crane. not worth the money.

Jay Freeman wrong, Moza air 2 holds more weight, trigger has more functions, LED screen can check and change more functions without the use of an app.
