The only ingredient Im confused about is the fermented sugar cane.
Can you combine with their pre-workout powder?
You just have to watch how much caffeine your taking in and what your comfortable with. I don't see why you couldn't but personally I feel good enough for a workout with just one of these.
Okay so someone help me, why is it that I get a horrible bitter taste with this drink? Did I just get a bad one??
It's very possible but I've yet to get a bad one.
@PNWoutdoorReviews I see. Well, thank you for your response! Yes so I had the mango one, and man it was really bad and super bitter and just a horrible after taste which makes me think I got a bad can but was curious about others experience cause I love Jocko too!
@case4903 Some of them are very bitter. It all depends on your taste buds and how much sugar you unsally consume.

It depends on the flavor tbh, if you get the sour apple or watermelon you’ll love it
They used to be better but they changed the flavors and ingrediants
