Dream Warriors was the first Nightmare film I saw as a kid, and I loved it. New Nightmare was a brilliant meta-take on the story. Heather was fantastic in both.
Same here. But with a twist. It was on a VHS cassette after some other filme I don't recall what that was, but the tape physically ended in the middle of the movie. Took me years to see the full movie.
Either that or she needed more acting classes. Love her, but ANOES was her "big break." When she returned for the sequels, she could've put more emphasis on "Nancy". Really showed her acting chops. But, that's the thing, maybe she did, and Hollywood didn't care for it. 😕
@eltravos99 They got major roles cuz they put in the work. And if they're "terrible actors" they're not given *that many* roles. But bad performances, sure. As for Heather, I didn't say she was good or bad, just that she could've pulled more weight in her acting in the sequels, so that she could get more noticed by Hollywood standards. The sequels sucking didn't help in her favor either.
@MakeMeCare I read some of her bio, I wouldn't say they "ignored her" she just went in different avenues in the industry or had some bad luck. (When it came to tv/film projects) But she has been steady since the NOES series, that's something. Not a total loss.

Yeah she said the documentary I am Nancy. That if she would’ve done nude scenes she probably would’ve been more successful.
I was too young when Nightmare came out so Just the Ten of Us was the first thing I saw her in. 😂

Nancy is such an amazing character and she brought her to life many times!
I have spoken to tons of Actors and they say this on a regular basis.
It sounds like she had a TERRIBLE agent.

@@blackdogbrown There are plenty of terrible actors who got major roles over and over because of a good agent. Also, she is a good actress.
