    I heard is not easy to cycle in Okinawa? By the way, is there places for bike rental?

    • @Follow_ussg
      @Follow_ussg  Рік тому

      I think it’s easier to cycling in Singapore:)
      Yes, there are a few bike rental company but it will cost about USD500$ for 1 week rental. I spent SGD650$ for a new foldable bike for this trip.

    Hello what damages happened to your bike? Did you check in or hand carry? 😬

      The bag of the zip was torn, helmet was cracked and the reflector broke into pieces.
      it was nicely packed in the bag and luckily the bike bag can still work on for the way back to Singapore and the airline is willing to pay for the broken items.

      Hi hi,
      I bring all my baggages along with me as you see in the video :p
      There are many hotels provide coin laundry, you can pack less clothing to safe the space.

      @@thengirene6563 I see, usually I’ll least the bag in the final destination hotel, collect the bag on the last day.
      You may look for a delivery company to deliver the bag over but check with the hotel first.

    May I know if it is easy to find toilets along the way? planning to cycle around (5-6days) in Okinawa in Jan 2024

    • @Follow_ussg
      @Follow_ussg  Рік тому +1

      It’s easy to find from the south to the middle but the northern park can be limited.
      But there are some public toilets in the park or small convenience shops you can use the toilet.

      @@Follow_ussg I see, thank you for the reply. I will probably cycle to Nago and then return.
      Sorry I have a few other questions
      1.It is difficult to find places to fix the bicycle if it breaks down (my biggest worry now)?
      2. Is card payment common in Okinawa (eg. the places you have cycled to) ?

    • @Follow_ussg
      @Follow_ussg  Рік тому +1

      @@hlinggzzz not at all.
      I never plan for bike break down :p I bough a brand new bike and get a good Tyrwhitt. Mostly the road conditions are fine.
      Most places I been are cash payment as I try to visit small stores to support local small businesses.
