Ooooof we had this happen after a party...exactly the same thing pee thing got blocked by TP. What a disaster, 7 hours of cleaning in the end had to be done it was not a good situation haha ugh ugh. I try not to put TP (we use bamboo tp) in there but ya know you should be able to do it... wish we had seen this video in time haha
Yeah easiest fix in the world just pretend you are in Europe and don’t flush the TP! Been using my natures head for years now never had a single problem and all my RV buddies are jealous! It makes the coir last a lot longer to not put TP in there too. Just get a small trash can with sealing lid, they make little scented bags no prob bob! Also the coir works so much better than peat moss 😱
I have some tp stuck in there! It’s not blocking the drain holes but it’s still in there and gross lol. How did you clear the wet paper out of that awkward space?

Please don't use peat moss. It is not sustainable and harvesting it actually kills some pretty significant ecosystems. Use coconut coire. You can buy it in blocks really cheap online or from most garden nurseries.
Sounds like more user error than anything, the vast majority if users are like me, user owners, so you learn how to use the toiet and there's no issues.

Great video, you could try us with a removable bin, so you don't have to carry the whole unit out.
Try always turn the mixer away from the front. If the handle is on the left side (think like you are sitting in a car) turn it clock wise

It is just easier and we can hose out the top also if needed.

I usually just take it out and hose it down and get in there with a stick or something.
