A student who has good awarness of geopolitics,current and International Affairs,History,Geography having good communication skills in (Urdu/English)overall personality of good outlook and great hobbies/Extra Curriculum activities and understanding but poor academic background of studies in terms of marks in (Matriculation Science) and (Intermediate F.A)and barely meets the eligibility criteria.
Should he consider to apply or PMA L/C is not for him?
