you mentioned and used a 'Mini Misty' at 8:12 - what Brand is this please ? After 2 strokes I can't use my left hand and find it difficult to hold down projects while working on them, this looks like just what I need - lovely card and great to see something used that might help disabled crafters like me Happy Holidays to all.
Gorgeous cards. My issue with the cheaper stamps is not so much the stamping, it's them not sticking to my acrylic block. I've tried washing them and leaving to dry naturally and even using "stick and spray" doesn't seem to work either. You get what you pay for I'm guessing.
Poppy Fields have you tried using cling mount foam? It's usually used on unmounted red rubber stamps, but you can use it on clear stamps too. One side is adhesive to stick on the stamp permanently and the other side is cling so it will stick to your stamp block.
Stamp chamoi alternative: AbsorberPlus towel in a tube can be found in the car wash supply area in most big box stores and readily online as well. It is a very large piece that I cut into 6 pieces. You simply wet it and squeeze it out and it cleans everything with no residue or fluff left behind. I believe it is around $20, but remember that will make 6 facecloth sized chamois! You can keep it in a sealed container with a tiny bit if water and it's ready to go. Or I rinse mine out at the end of my project and let it dry. It works fantastic! Here is a very general link to it on Google to show you what it looks like. I don't like the moisture the chamois holds, microfiber towels are great too. Thanks for watching!
you went too fast in the beginning. What issue or date is the magazine? I would like to see if I can find it somewhere.
babescraftroom Papercraft essential issue 143 from February 2017.
I don't know if the magazines off those websites also come with the stamps and embossing folder. Lavinia stamps makes nice fairy stamps too.
I missed out on subscribing to Papercraft Magazine. Is there any other way the get a hold of the Fairy Wishes Stamp Set & embossing folder?
