    30 oz. frozen berries, thawed
    3/4 C. sugar
    3 T. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few drops red food coloring
    pastry for 2 pie crusts
    Drain berry syrup into a pan. Blend in sugar, corn starch, and salt in sauce pan. Stir in red food coloring also. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Stir in berries. Put one pie crust in pie pan. Pour in the berry filling. Cover with other pie crust. Bake in ot over (425) for 30 minutes.

    Adding ice cream will hide all imperfections! Looks delicious, I will give it a try.
