The part about “This Fire Burns” is kinda true. Randy had chosen that to be his theme in WWE because he “ thought it for him better than any other song”. Vinny Mac decided that it didn’t fit Randy and gave it to Punk
It was also a Smackdown, not a RAW that Randy used the entrance music.

“Whatever” for Chris Benoit is my favorite wrestling theme much like Dante’s love for “This Fire”. To me it defined the ruthless aggression era like how Stone Cold defined the attitude era.

I feel like having Kane’s vs Stone Cold’s in the first round was such a bad decision tbh lol. Cause Kane’s could’ve made it way farther if not out against his in the very first round.
And I also feel like they made the right choice with Seth Rollins’ over Taker’s, as long as it was Rolling lol. I mean I didn’t like Limp Bizkit much back then, though I thought it was a great theme for Taker during that certain character.

The og Just Close Your Eyes is where it's at. Slow Chemical is one of the best themes ever. I Walk Alone is pure adrenaline same with Never Gonna Stop ( yeah my Durango number 95)

I’ve been a WWF/E entrance theme collector for over 20 years, and there are just SO many good ones it’s really hard to narrow down a top 5. Tomorrow I might say differently, but today my top 5 is:
1. Evil Empire - Corporate Ministry
2. Just Close Your Eyes (Waterproof Blonde arena version) - Christian
3. Cult of Personality - CM Punk

I think it would've made for a more interesting game if the themes were evaluated with a specific criteria. For example, are you rating these on the basis of how good the song is as a piece of music, how well it fits the individual wrestler or how iconic it is in general? E.g. if you compare Taker and Finn Balor's themes, Finn's theme is obviously better as a track I could listen to in my spare time, but Taker's is more recognizable and fitting for his persona. Or I'm just thinking about it too much, LOL.

The lack of respect my man Ricky 🐉 Steamboat is getting is ridiculous. Not only didn’t he make the list, I scrolled for a solid 2-3 minutes and didn’t see a single comment about him. “Sirius” is one of the greatest walkouts of all time. So much so that that the 90’s Bulls adopted it. If it’s good enough for Ricky & Jordan, it’s good enough for the list.
