quickest method:
1. paint bucket black
2. add 150% noise
3. add motion blur
if anybody sees this try the multiply effect instead of overlay for the gradient in my opinion it looks way better :)

Question, why does 'web content' use 72dpi? My phone has a screen at 540dpi & monitor is 120dpi, so 72dpi =/= those values.
