The panels are made of pvc tubes that can be purchased in any hardware store, the nets are horse slow feeder nets. Most horse haynet producers can provide all kinds of sizes custom made. I hope this helps you.

The pvc panels are sold by companies that provide materials for building dog kennels, pig facilities and also horse shelters. Try googling for keywords in these areas, this is how I found these materials.
