Building a homemade hay feeder that also seeds pastures!

Hey guys, with winter just around the corner, i am getting prepared to start feeding hay. This year i want to try something different though from the typical bale ring.
My goals for this build are to limit the hay waste due to ground contact, limit the dead spots in the pasture from the traditonal ring style hay feeders, easily moveable to help distribute the manure accumulation around the feeder, and lastly, the ability to continue to let the seed drop off the bale to assist in seeding the pastures. I believe this haay feeder will knock all of those off the list. I am looking forward to winter to try it!
