Exactly. Should have built more lanes for the main part of the road which is always jammed up. Express lanes are too expensive to drive from Fredericksburg to Springfield. Also never ending construction on 95. VDOT isn’t building roads, they are maintaining employment. The damn road is never completed…. ever.

There’s great bike trails, parks, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a university with events and classes, a farmer’s market, a river for kayaking/swimming, lots of history, close to colonial beach, Charlottesville, a train to D C, close to Richmond, a ballpark..what do you mean there’s nothing to do??
