As majority of the people put their job first and makes sense that the Co.’s should put people first ! However most of the corporations do run with non compassion! Quick to fire and people are giving up “job first” attitude. I was shocked to find on you tube how people are calling it “quiet quitting”.
Here’s what it says:-
Quiet quitting refers to doing the minimum requirements of one's job and putting in no more time, effort, or enthusiasm than absolutely necessary.
So true fixing your inner heart game is the key success in life to after life!

From Kolhapur. So where did that Nair Surname came from . Why are u hesitant to say that you are a Mallu . If you are born to a Marathi family in Kolhapur , they couldn't have given you the freedom and education that mallu families provide .

Also No offence but Unilever Needed CoVID-19 to understand the flexible work culture. I was a New mom when I joined the Unilever and Managers there made me work from office rejecting multiple WFH requests. I had to resign from Unilever because of the work culture which was never encouraging toward work-life balance way of working. It's not from Ancient times, I am speaking of 2017-2018.
