First things first there is no tough evidence that PAF didn't used F16
And secondly PAF claimed they have enough proofs that they Haven't used F 16
But surprisingly they ended up with a single evidence and which took a year to release publicly and which is also unconfirmed because PAF uses
J-7 Which is a license built variant of mig 21 made by China which uses the same armaments that of MIG 21 so the missile wreckages could be of PAF own property.
The clinching evidence PAF lies is there variable statements.
1.PAF claimed they shot down 2 SU 30 and 1 MIG 21.
Then they changed there statements and said that they had shot down 1Mig 21 and 1 SU 30 but no wreckage was found.
2.They claimed to capture two IAF pilot among which one was badly injured.
But that injured pilot was (Wg. Cdr Shahzuddin) of PAF who was actually beaten up to death by his own country men.
3. Eye witnesses and Radar signatures by Phalcon AWACS which were later confirmed by Israeli Air force that on 27 Feb 2019 PAF used F16.
The US had to tell lie to save his deterrence in UNO that they had counted the number of F 16s used by PAF as they were actually given to Pakistan for fighting against terrorism.
As a result US never officially confirmed the statement and no papered documents were given to the two parties.
