I want Bill Nye to be on Disney Plus Now! I never know Bob Ross was on that show. Awesome that PBS does Show crossovers like Big Bird and Mr. Rogers on Sesame Street.
I remember when during school, I was introduced to shows like Magic School Bus, Grossology, Kenny the Shark, and of course THIS. Those were such great times!
@@DannyBoyTV Adam Ruins Everything has a lot of the same personality as this but instead it's more political, and it's about dispelling common myths and misconceptions. They also do a lot of science though when proving their point, and they bring on a lot of experts as guests. It's a great show really, you can see a decent collection of them on Netflix right now and I highly recommend it, right along side Bill Nye Saves the World, which is also currently still on Netflix. Some of my favorite episodes so far are this one where he exposes the corruption of the "death industry" and how coffin and funeral service companies prey on the emotions of the grieving, and two episodes that go hand-in-hand first describing the myths, propaganda and failures of Nixon's drug war and the reason cannabis has such a negative reputation, and how that is connected to private prisons that systematically exploit inmates for profit. It's definitely more "edgy" than Bill Nye but even the science guy himself is slowly starting to go in that direction now that he's older and doesn't give a fuck anymore about offending people. Basically if you like one, you'll like the other, I think they'd both agree with each others content deeply - hell, they're probably friends for all I know. And in many ways Adam Ruins Everything is structured the same.
Nice man, now I know why the show was both on Disney channels and PBS because it was made by Disney (as well as one of its counterparts Buena Vista), and it was on both Playhouse Disney and PBS Kids that's pretty interesting. I never once understood why exactly it was made by Disney but aired on PBS. Now I do know why because Disney made the show and allowed it to air on both its own children's network and PBS's children's network to that's pretty dope dudes! That reminds me of Looney Tunes where the show was made by Warner Brothers but they allowed it to not only be on Kids WB at the time but also Nickelodeon in the 80s and 90s. The same goes for Inspector Gadget where it was made by Dic but they allowed it to be on channels like Fox, Nickelodeon, and Disney when Disney bought the rights to the show and that's why they eventually made 2 live-action movies of Inspector Gadget (which in my opinion are pretty dope if you ask me). My last 2 examples are when Doug aired on Nickelodeon but Disney bought the rights to the show and aired it on their network eventually (and then made their own Doug movie too). The other last example I was going to share was that Thomas the Tank Engine aired on PBS back in 1984 but then eventually aired on Fox Kids as the shows called Storytime with Thomas, Shining Time Station, and Mr. Moose's Fun Time from the mid-90s - early 2000s and man were those shows pretty dope!! If only we had a lot of those episodes of those shows here on UA-cam so I could show you all what they looked like back then.
Danny you gotta keep this up bud, I was entertained and educated throughout this video. I was expecting to see your view count to be in the 5 digit range at least, I think you can make it their and possibly beyond.
BILL BILL BILL!
When I was little, Bear in the Big Blue house was my favorite show. Infact I have a old Halloween costume of him.
Also love the content
Chef Boyardee Dude I loved Bear in the big blue house! I love talking about some of the forgotten stuff from the past, stay tuned, lots more coming!
@@DannyBoyTV PBS actually aired Bill along with the Magic School Bus cartoon.
Bill Nye and Bob Ross
We are truly blessed

Disney still owns Bill Nye The Science Guy and The Eye of Nye but I want to see both shows on Disney Plus
