I guess Trump must love Bernie Sanders because he has never paid any taxes and he is proud of it.

If you work and pay taxes you'll love him because Bernie is not in the pockets of the donor class, but advocates using tax money to invest in the quality of life of the American people, not endless war mongering, bailouts, no-bid government contracts, gifts to big pharma and all the other crap that the puppets of the billionaire class shove down our throat.

I never thought we would have a politition, not to mention a presidential nominee, like this in our lifetime. Too bad he got screwed over.

Bernie is completely correct. Trump adopted the wrong approach. Trump had to use Carrier as an example, so that all others would follow suit. He didn't. So know it's open season.

Check out 1981-1989 Bernie was the elected mayor of the town of Burlington.
He won as the socialist Independent candidate.
Once he became mayor, the business community were very pleasantly surprised.
Sanders is pro-guns, but it is because it is the social nature of Northern Vermont.
Sanders doesn't espouse pick ups with shotguns in downtown New York.
Sanders put his stamp on Burlington-he was mayor for 8 years during the 80's.
I suggest, you consider his legacy as mayor of Burlington Then-take his time as mayor and extrapolate it as best you can to the size and scope of the USA.
(He's been in Congress for 25 years since so …..)

Thomas, let's hope and pray that Bernie will run in 2020; or at least one of his best disciples.
Bernie would cause a landslide that no monkeying with the voter booths could wreck.

I agree with Bernie, that the one good thing about the 2016 election is that it made me get informed and involved. Trump's win opened my eyes.........

Im sorry the woman angered me. She does not address the fact that there is an issue of illegal immigrants in the country and we as a country need to get tougher on the topic. Its not easy they are people, but if you come into another country without regard for the process you have done so illegally you do not qualify for mercy but should be dealt with. We know the issue has been crumbling our economy for yrs, and I as a citizen would welcome the idea of doing something that will benefit the Legal citizens of the the country.

I think when he speaks about many people becoming aware that they need to participate more actively is relevant, but I also think it may be too late. I think we are going to get a very hard lesson on why members of the left should have pressed President Obama on things like ending the massive surveillance state, holding his administration accountable for NDAA and the Espionage act (both being used to: 1; imprison people indefinitely and 2; imprison journalist) as well as killing American citizens without due process, not pursuing legal actions against the previous administration for war crimes. All of these things set a precedent that there will be no consequences and now it's all being handed over to a man that was already corrupted by wealth and fame, and now he's going to have power with it. It's not going to end well in America.

Bernie Sanders looks exactly like my 103 year old great-great-uncle who is still smarter than Crazy Bernie.
