Great video! Inspired me to go run Romero Canyon Trail this weekend and had a blast. 2,400 ft elevation gain in 3 miles. Had a chance to break in some HOKA Speedgoats.
The trails up those canyons are tough to to brutal run and the knees and quads are trashed after coming down. But those Hoka waffle over those rocks and uneven trails due to their soft thick soles. As you get older, you'll be grateful. Jesusita is great. The western side of UCSB is awesome for the beach run along with the bluffs(flat, cooler). Beach has tar and oil at Coal oil point. You'll get it on your feet(if you run barefoot) and shoes, so be warned.
